Die zunehmend schnelleren Zyklen bei neuen PCs sind schlichtweg atemberaubend.

Da frage ich mich, wer braucht denn einen superschnellen PC mit einer Speicherausstattung,

die vor wenigen Jahren noch nicht einmal in Servern zu finden war.

Für den „Normalbenutzer“ reichen durchaus auch PCs oder Notebooks, die schon ein paar

Jahre alt sind. Um diese Hardware optimal ausnutzen, ist es ratsam, als Betriebsystem auf

Linux umzuschwenken.

In loser Folge stelle ich ein paar von mir getestete Versionen vor. Die Hardware ist je nach Linux-Version durchaus unterschiedlich.
